This idol's head cycladique marble, found on the small island of Kéros, in the heart of Cyclades, is at present preserved in the Department of the Greek, Etruscan and Roman Antiques(Antiquities) of the Musée du Louvre.
The original doubtless belonged to a statuette of naked woman, arms crossed under bosoms, in a slightly bent position, the head a little knocked down behind; it is at least as well that appear most of the statuettes belonging to the same group, that is to the art of former(ancient) Spédos which corresponds to the civilization of former(ancient) Cycladique II, situated around the environment(middle) of the IIIth millennium.
